How much do you charge for shipping ?

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

Do you cover the shipping cost for returns?
Shipping is free when you place an order. The cost of return shipping is not covered by Royal Diamonds Boutique and remains the customer's responsibility.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped out.
Can I change my address information?
For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. Please read our Shipping Policy for further information.

RETURNS

When will my credit appear on my account after refund?
It may take 4-5 business days or upto a week for your funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.
Is it possible to return the product if not satisfied?
We offer a very flexible Return Policy, so you don't need to worry about placing an order and not liking it. Our Return Policy gives you an opportunity to return your product within 14 days following the receipt of your order as long as it meets the return conditions. Please read our Return Policy for further information.
If the ring is not correct size, how can I resize it?
You can send it for resizing only within the 14-days of the delivery of the item. All you need to do is to fill in our online return form, submit it for resizing, print a copy of the form and send it to us along with your product. You can also request a free ring sizer in the meantime to make sure your new ring size will be correct. Please read our Return Policy for further information.
Can I exchange my product with another one?
You can exchange your product as long as it meets the return conditions. You can read our Return Policy for more information. Please remember that custom designs are not eligible for exchange or refund.

JEWELRY CARE & MAINTENANCE

Should I take my jewelry off before showering / bathing / swimming or in a hot tub?
Do not wear your jewelry in the shower, bath, swimming pool or hot tub. Shampoo and soaps may build up on the metal surface as well as the gemstones, making your jewelry look dull. Humidity is not friendly to precious metals. Prevent your jewelry from being exposed to humidity and avoid wearing your jewelry in very hot environments such as saunas or while sunbathing.
Should I take my jewelry off during the household chores or exercising?
Household cleaners can tarnish or damage jewelry. Avoid contact with any chemicals. We recommend you not to wear your jewelry while doing household chores, gardening, exercising, cooking, cleaning or doing sports. All gemstones are fragile; even a diamond can chip or crack in case of impact. Protect your jewelry from hard surfaces, don’t drop them and avoid impact. Remember; more care extends the lifespan of your jewelry!
Can I sleep with my jewelry on?
It’s better if you take your jewelry off before you go to sleep. This will prevent you from damaging your jewelry piece accidentally. A chain may be broken or a prong may be bent in your sleep, which may even cause you to lose a stone.
Do cosmetics harm my jewelry?
Yes, they may. Make sure you put your jewelry on last when you are dressing so that they won’t be subject to lotions, perfumes, hair spray or any other cosmetics or chemicals which may cause permanent defects on your jewelry such as discoloration, stains or loss of brilliance. Putting your jewelry last will also prevent it from getting caught on your clothes and being damaged. Stone settings can get clogged up with cream easily. Avoid putting on lotion while wearing your rings.
How to take my ring off my finger?
When removing your ring, always handle it by its band and never by its stone or stone setting. This will help you keep your ring’s stone secure and clean.
How should I store my jewelry?
Store your jewelry items individually so that you can avoid scratches or damages.
Humidity will cause tarnish; do not keep your jewelry container in the bathroom to avoid it.
Natural oils from your skin may cause diamonds, gemstones and pearls to get dull. Handle them as little as possible when you don’t wear your jewelry.
How should I store my diamond jewelry ?
Store your diamond pieces separately as diamonds can scratch other jewelry and they can even scratch each other.
How should I clean my jewelry ?
Clean your jewelry gently and regularly to remove any oils, dust or contamination. Use a mild soap and water along with a soft cloth, if needed. Make sure you pat dry your jewelry and wait until your jewelry is thoroughly dry before storing it back
