Return Policy
Eligibility for Return:
Return period: 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
Condition : Items must be in original, unworn condition.
Product Seal : The original product seal must be intact and attached.
Packaging : All original packaging, certificates, and promotional items must be included.
Modifications : The product must not have been resized or modified by any third party.
Diamonds: Products including GIA-certified diamonds are NOT eligible for return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
Store Credit Option: For easier product exchanges, you can opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases but is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
Please note that for orders paid with cryptocurrency, the payment is irreversible and not subject to refund as these payments are one-way transactions.
Engraving Services:
is only possible to add at the time of the initial order. Engraving services are not available after the order has been delivered.
